An increased vertical leap is highly desirable for competitive performance. To propel oneself to a greater height provides a incomparable advantage.  Stronger rebounding, shooting, blocking, spiking, punching, tapping, marking, heading, catching, intercepting, throwing and air time can all be achieved with a better vertical leap.

Utilising Galileo Whole Body Vibration and the latest research on human performance our exercise physiologists have developed a vertical leap program that can take you to new heights.

Galileo Whole Body Vibration produces a significant artificial increase in gravity, which forces the leg muscles to work harder just to hold your body weight up.  Immediate neural-potentiation occurs, so just standing on the platform for five minutes can improve your vertical leap by eight percent.  With more sessions of just standing on the platform up to fourteen percent improvement can be gained.   

Good vertical leap also requires skill, and our specialised training program teaches proper motor control and muscle coordination.    So at the same time as strength is being gained, so too is power and skill.
