Imagine an exercise program that you look forward to, that engages you, and that leaves you refreshed and alert with a feeling of physical and mental well-being.  Pilates will do all this...and more.

Pilates is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the total body, without building bulk.  Pilates is not just exercise, however. It is a series of controlled movements engaging your body and mind, performed on specifically designed exercise apparatus and supervised by extensively trained teachers.

Sieben Pilates will take you on a journey - through seven levels of Pilates exercise performance.  Developed by a talented and insightful German Pilates instructor, Sieben Pilates returns you to the birthplace of Joseph Pilates.

Each level within Sieben Pilates contains a group of unique exercises, gradually increasing in difficulty and complexity.  As in the Martial Arts satisfactory demonstration of performance is required before progression to the next level can occur.

What Pilates Can Do For You

Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits.

Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing.
Strength and flexibility, particularly of the abdomen and back muscles, coordination-both muscular and mental, are key components in an effective Pilates program.
Posture, balance, and core strength are all heartily increased.
Bone density and joint health improve, and many experience positive body awareness for the first time.
Balance and control of the body, and that capacity spills over into other areas of one's life.
